Ships Within

Every product has an estimated time it will take us to pack and send. It is only an estimates as some stock might be in transit from our suppliers. If a product says it 'Ships Within' 2 - 4 Days (business days) then it will take us 2 - 4 days to get our stock and send it out. You need to add a few extra days for delivery times.

Delivery

Delivery within Australia is made via regular post for a flat fee of $9.90. All post are registered for tracking. You can select express post for a flat fee of $14.90 Australia wide. Delivery times will vary from area to area. If you selected regular post you will receive your order within 3 -7 working days from the time we despatch your item(s).

Delivery time for Express Post is 1 working day. In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery time for Express Post may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of receiving your order and/or confirmed or cleared payment. Please review product lead times as they do vary.

Personalised products will take longer processing time as per product descriptions. Please check product descriptions for lead times on delivery.

If you have any question on delivery matter, please email us at orders@dadshop.com.au or call us on 1300 88 23 83. We are based in Sydney and can drop items off at a cost if it's an emergency. Alternatively we can arrange a courier at your own cost.

Please ensure that the address details that you provide on your order are correct. Any parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur an $9.90 reposting charge.

Some items ordered via Express Post may be sent via courier or AusPost depending if the item is being sent directly from our suppliers and if they provide an express post service.

Personalised Gifts Delivery Periods

All our personalised gifts should take around 2 weeks to be delivered, however depending on the season it could take up to 3 weeks. We will inform you if your personalised item will take longer than 3 weeks.

If your orders are despatched via courier, you can track your item on the following link: http://www.e-go.com.au. We may also use other courier services depending on your location and item(s) ordered.

Promo Codes

Only 1 promo code can be used at checkout. Promo codes may or may not expire. Promo codes that we advertise will expire at the date mentioned in the advertisement and we reserve the right to discontinue any promo code.

Promo codes will give you a discount on the total price of all items excluding the price of delivery.

Worldwide Shipping

Worldwide shipping is not available at the moment. We only deliver to Australian addresses. However, you may use an overseas billing address but the delivery address must be Australian. If you place an order on our site you accept the above terms.

Payment Methods We Accept

We accept Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Direct Deposit, Money Orders, Bank Cheque, and Paypal Payments. (For bank cheque or money order payments please attach a print out of the confirmation email to your letter so that we can recognise who is making the payment.) Note: There is be no surcharge on credit card payments.

For all direct deposits, you must enter the order number or surname as a reference for your bank transfer. Otherwise we cannot track your funds sent to our account and no order will be processed. If you can't put a reference please email us at orders@dadshop.com.au and let us know when and how you paid.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. Compensation and replacement are made on case to case basis.

The colour of our product images that you see on our website may vary. We do not guarantee that colour will be an exact match to the actual product.

Customer Service Policy

DadShop is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
