We are open for business and operating as usual. We are doing our best to dispatch all of our daily orders 5 days a week. If you need to talk to us, our email and phone support is operating as usual from 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.
We are currently using delivery providers such as Australia Post, Couriers Please, TnT Express, Startrack and Fastway. All deliveries to you will still require a signature however the courier will knock / ring your doorbell first then request your name and sign on your behalf. They will then leave the package at your door. If you do not wish to be disturbed you can always place a note at the checkout page with "authority to leave in a safe place."
Delay with All Deliveries
Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, strict lockdowns, hygiene and social distancing requirements in the network (such as one person unloading a loose load trailer which halves productivity) and an increase in parcel volumes as more people shop online. We ask for everyone to stay patient and allow an additional 3 - 5 working days of the estimated date for your parcel to arrive. This applies to all other postal services as well.
Express delivery is still available, but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time. Delays expected on all express networks nationwide.
Same Day Dispatch
We have adjusted our daily cut off times for same-day dispatch to 10.30 am.
