Change of Mind
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you have up 100 days from the day of your purchase to return any change of mind purchase for a refund of the price of the items. No question asked. Just make sure that the items are in its original resalable condition as received, unopened and unused.
Please let us know your intention to return the item first by emailing or calling us before sending them back to us in the post so we know to look out for your parcel. You are advised to use a reliable method of postage; registered post is recommended.
We have the rights to refuse an exchange or refund if the order was placed more than 100 days ago or if the returned item is damaged, used and/or without its original packaging.
- Faulty, Lost, Damaged or Wrong Item Received
We do our best to make sure that our items are in perfect condition before dispatching them but sometimes mistakes do happen. In a rare occasion that you find that the items sent to you are wrong, faulty or damaged, please send us an email or give us a call within 10 business days (from the day you receive your parcel) and we will happily provide you with a free replacement or refunds.
- Faulty Item
We will try our best to troubleshoot the problem first before determining if the items needed to be returned at all. If the item can’t be fixed, we will gladly send a replacement or make a full refund including the shipping cost.
- Lost in Transit
If you suspect that your item is lost in transit, please let us know as soon as possible in order for us to track the item or to lodge a report for the loss. We will try out best to retrieve the parcel or send you a replacement.
- Wrong Item
If the item you received is packed wrongly - completely different from what you ordered, we will resend the item to your nominated address at no charge. Depending on the value of the item, you might not need to return the wrong item to us at all. But if the item needs to be returned, we will send you a postage paid return label so you could just drop it at any post box.
- Damaged ItemIf your order arrived damaged, please email us a photograph of the item and depending on the damage or what the item is, we will then decide if the item needs to be returned. If the item needs to be returned, we will send you a postage paid return label so you could just drop it at any post box. You can either get a replacement or a full refund including the shipping cost.
All items returned will be examined before a refund is made. We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if the items returned were found not faulty or damaged as claimed.
A flat rate shipping cost of $9.90 applies for any size exchange. You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the item back to our warehouse. So please use the size guide and check the sizes properly when you place your order.

Personal Hygiene Related Products, Custom / Personalised Items
Strictly no refunds for items that are personal hygiene related such as socks, undergarment, shaver, etc; used or unused. Food, perishable and custom made / personalised items are non-refundable as well.
You should retain any warranty information or packaging of the item you received. Follow the instruction of the product manufacturer in any case of fault or consult the manufacturers for repair and replacement policy. Warranty of products is with the manufacturer and not DadShop.
