Leave Warehouse In
Every product has an estimated time it will take us to pack and send. It is only an estimate as some stock might be in transit from our suppliers. For example, if a product says it 'Leave Warehouse In' 2 - 4 Days (business days) then it will take us 2 - 4 days to get our stock ready and send it out. This does not include the delivery period when the item will reach you.
Our warehouse is located in Sydney. We use Australia Post as our main despatch method. Delivery within Australia is made via regular post for a flat fee of $9.90 and express delivery for a flat fee of $14.90. 90% of the orders are delivered with tracking.
Delivery times will vary from area to area. In certain circumstances, we may also use our personal courier company for despatch. Some items might leave directly from the manufacturer located in different part of Australia.

Delivery time for Express Post is usually 1 working day. Australia Post offers a next business day delivery guarantee for area within the Express Post network. Express Post to rural and regional areas outside of the Express Post network might take longer. During peak seasons like Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas, delivery times can vary due to the huge amounts of deliveries from Australia Post and the courier services that we engaged. Thus once an item is shipped from our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any delays.

Please ensure that the address details that you provide on your order are correct. Any parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a reposting charge of $9.90 for parcels below 1kg. Parcel above 1kg will be quoted separately.
Missing Items / Parcel
If you suspect that your item is lost in transit, you must notify us in a detailed email as soon as possible in order for us to track the item or to lodge a report for the loss. We will try out best to retrieve the items but DadShop will not be responsible for the loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. Compensation and replacement are made on case to case basis.
Personalised Gifts Delivery Periods
Personalised products will take longer processing time as per product descriptions. Please check product descriptions for lead times on delivery.

Vouchers / Promo Codes
Only 1 promo code can be used at checkout. Promo codes that we advertise will expire at the date mentioned in the advertisement and we reserve the right to discontinue any promo code without notice.
Promo codes will give you a discount on the total price of all items excluding the price of delivery unless stated otherwise.
If a promo code has been used inappropriately or have not met the terms and conditions from email newsletter or advertising materials; we reserve the right to cancel or edit the final price of an invoice.
Worldwide shipping is not available at the moment. We only deliver to Australian addresses.
Payment Methods We Accept
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Deposit, and Paypal payments. There is no surcharge on any payment method.
For all direct deposits, you must enter the order number and surname as a reference for your bank transfer. Unrecognised bank transfer might delay the fulfilment of your order.
To place an order over the phone, please call - 1300 88 23 83. We only accept credit card payments for orders placed over the phone.
The colour of our product images that you see on our website may vary depending on your monitor. We do not guarantee that colour will be an exact match to the actual product.
