Sweet, hot and one of Culley's original recipes. The Bhut Jolokia or what's known as Ghost Chilli is fiery, very fragrant and fruity with a slight hint of citrus. It is well known with Indian style cuisine, particularly curries, and also compliments meat and barbeques. A super hot sauce - not for the faint hearted.
